Job Opportunity: Night Hygiene Operative
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Night Hygiene Operative to work with a leading company in the food production sector in Anwick. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across production lines, ensuring equipment is deep-cleaned and ready for operation.
About the Role
The Hygiene Operative will work in a small team or on their own, following a clear cleaning schedule for our production lines - whether that be taking equipment apart and completing a full deep clean using chemicals or a simpler cleaning routine. Please note own transport required due to the location of the site.
Shift Details
The successful candidates will join one of our three night shift teams:
- Shift A: Sunday to Thursday
- Shift B: Tuesday to Saturday
- Shift C: Friday to Monday (10hr shift)

Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday: 10pm - 6am
- Saturday and Sunday: 6pm - 2am
- Weekend 10hr shifts: 8pm - 6am Friday and Monday; 6pm - 4am Saturday and Sunday
Pay Rates
- £16.26 hourly
Essential Requirements
- Must have own transport due to the location of the site
- Ability to work night shifts
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable Requirements
- Basic English speaking skills are an advantage
- Good attendance and reliability
Role Tasks
- Disassemble production equipment for thorough cleaning
- Perform deep cleaning using specialized chemicals
- Follow strict cleaning schedules and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and hygienic production environment
