Hygiene Service Technician
Rentokil – Specialist Hygiene Technician

We are currently seeking a Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our dedicated team at the Bristol branch, covering the Plymouth, Exeter, and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive, industry-leading training. The Specialist Hygiene Technician Role
In this role, you will provide a range of specialised hygiene cleaning services across various environments. These include:

- Biohazard cleaning
- Flood water damage clean-up
- Infection control
- Police and prison cell cleaning
- Sharps removals
- Trauma and crime scene cleaning
- Factory cleans, high-risk surface cleaning, and silo cleaning
Key Responsibilities
- Work reactively in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to an on-call rota (typically twice a quarter)
- Provide valuable customer advice and exceptional service
- Maintain a professional image at all times
Requirements
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence (held for over 2 years) with no more than 6 penalty points
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexible to adapt working patterns
- Ability to work at heights and confined spaces
Conditional:
- May require a DBS check depending on the role
