About the Role
Join our team and make a difference! We are currently seeking a Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our dedicated team at the Croydon branch, covering the South West and South East London. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive, industry-leading training! If you enjoy managing your own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

- Basic salary: £26,655 per annum plus a £2,000 yearly allowance.
- Expected OTE (On-Target Earnings): £35,000+ per annum, with bonuses and commission schemes available.

The Hygiene Technician Role
In this role, you will provide a range of hygiene cleaning services across diverse environments, including:
- Biohazard cleaning
- Flood water damage clean-up
- Infection control
- Police and prison cell cleaning
- Sharps removals
- Trauma and crime scene cleaning
- Some technical cleaning (factory cleans, high-level cleaning, silo cleaning), all fully supported by training

Key Responsibilities:
- Work reactively in a fast-paced, dynamic business where tasks can change weekly.
- Operate as part of an on-call rota (paid at an enhanced rate).
- Offer valuable advisory services to customers where required.
- Provide exceptional customer service while upholding high professional standards.
- Hold a full UK driving licence for more than 2 years, with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs.
- Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
Requirements & Criteria

Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive individual.

Have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Capable of flexible working to support business priorities.

No formal experience needed (full training provided).

Possible DBS check depending on the specific role.
