We are seeking a Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our team at the Croydon branch, covering South West and South East London. No prior experience is needed—we provide comprehensive, industry-leading training. Competitive Salary Package
- Basic salary: £26,655 per annum + £2,000 yearly allowance
- Expected OTE (On-Target Earnings): £35,000+ per annum, with bonuses and commission schemes available

The Hygiene Technician Role
As a Specialist Hygiene Technician, you’ll provide Tailored Hygiene Cleaning Services across diverse settings, including but not limited to:
- Professional biohazard cleaning
- Flood/water damage restoration
- Infection control solutions
- Police/prison cell & trauma/ crime scene cleaning
- Sharps removals
- Technical cleans (e.g., factory, high-level, & silo cleaning)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality services reactively in a fast-paced environment (work schedule varies weekly).
- Participate in an emergency response on-call rota (paid at an enhanced rate).
- Offer expert advice to customers with an emphasis on exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a professional image at all times.
- Travel flexibility: Must be available to adapt to varying customer needs.
Requirements
- Valid Full UK Driving Licence (held for over 2 years) with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Must be self-motivated, reliable & proactive with a can-do attitude.
- Demonstrated capability in excellent communication & customer service.
- Flexibility to accommodate varied working patterns.
- Must be capable of working at heights & in confined spaces.
- DBS check may be required for certain assignments.
