We are currently seeking a Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our dedicated team at the Croydon branch, covering the South West and South East London—no prior experience required as comprehensive, industry-leading training is provided. Competitive Package

Starting salary: £26,655 per annum, plus a £2,000 yearly allowance

Expected OTE (On-Target Earnings): £35,000+ per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available

The Hygiene Technician Role
You will provide a variety of hygiene cleaning services across different environments, including:

- Biohazard cleaning
- Floodwater damage restoration
- Infection control
- Police & prison cell cleaning
- Sharps removals
- Trauma & crime scene cleaning
-* Additional technical services on offer, such as:
- Factory cleans
- High-level cleaning
- Silo cleaning (full training provided)
Key Responsibilities
- Work reactively in a fast-paced business where tasks can fluctuate weekly
- Contribute to an on-call rota (paid at an enhanced rate)
- Offer valuable advice to customers when needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image
- Must meet the following requirements:
- A full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years with no more than 6 penalty points)
- Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs
- Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces
- A DBS check may be required depending on role
