We are looking for a Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our dedicated team at the Bristol branch, covering the Plymouth, Exeter, and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive, industry-leading training. - Base salary: £26,655 per annum
- Expected OTE: £30,000–£38,000 per annum (with bonuses and commission schemes)

The Specialist Hygiene Technician Role
You’ll provide a diverse range of hygiene-related services, including:
- Biohazard cleaning
- Flood water damage remediation
- Infection and trauma scene cleaning (including crime scenes and sharps removal)
- Police/prison facility cleaning
- Factory and silo cleaning (including high-level and confined space work)
- Specialist remedial cleaning (e.g., smoke, fire and odour neutralisation)
Key Responsibilities
✔ Reactively managing a fast-paced schedule, with tasks varying weekly ✔ Working an on-call rota (typically 2–4 times per quarter) ✔ Offering practical advice and support to customers while maintaining professionalism ✔ Delivering exceptional customer service and representing our brand effectively
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to:
- Hold a valid UK driver’s licence for over two years, with no more than six penalty points
- Be self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
- Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills
- Display flexibility to adapt to varying working patterns
- Be able to work at heights and in tight spaces
- Undergo a DBS check if applicable (depending on role availability)
