The Role: Team Leader (Production)
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading your team to drive high performance through:
- Job rotation programmes
- Regular performance and probation reviews
- Staff training and coaching
- Effective delegation and open communication
- Taking ownership and accountability, covering for line management when needed
- Upholding health & safety as a priority
- Steadfastly aligning with the Samworth Brothers purpose and values
