- You’ll be provided with Nurse support
- You will receive internal referrals from both practices and will be supporting a range of patients
-

-
- to support patients as they undergo their orthodontic journey
-
- post treatment, our intention is that they have such a good experience they want to keep visiting you even when their treatment has completed
-
- you will also have the opportunity to treat patients in need of a high-quality local Hygienist who aren’t having ortho treatment
-
- This is a direct access role within an orthodontic specialist practice as such there will be no GDPs onsite
- Ideal for those who are used to direct access and would enjoy the autonomy of launching this service within the practices, where all patients are directed your way as the solo Hygienist

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
