Role Description
The Hygiene Site Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kettering, responsible for overseeing all hygiene and cleaning operations at the site. Daily tasks include:

The role involves:
- Conducting site inspections
- Monitoring performance
- Addressing any issues promptly to maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
The Hygiene Site Manager will:
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage stock and equipment
- Complete necessary reporting and documentation
This position requires hands-on leadership, effective communication, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in hygiene management, cleaning operations, or facilities management within commercial or industrial environments.
- Strong leadership skills, including team supervision, staff training, and performance management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and compliance processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, team members, and management.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including planning schedules, managing priorities, and completing reports accurately.
- Ability to work on-site in Kettering and adapt to operational demands, including occasional flexible hours if required.
- Basic IT skills for using email, reporting tools, and site management systems.
- Previous experience in contract cleaning, supermarket, manufacturing, or food-related environments is an advantage.
- Relevant health and safety or hygiene certifications (such as COSHH, Food Hygiene, or IOSH) are beneficial.
