Senior Creative FrontEnd Engineer

The Senior Creative FrontEnd Engineer will work for a hyper-growth B2B SaaS proposition.

  • Salary: Up to £90,000 plus excellent benefits.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid working on a 3+2 basis.
  • Role:
    • Part visual identity manager, part front end developer.
    • Huge autonomy, ownership and accountability.
    • Prior experience of building and scaling products into leading brands.
    • Drive demand generation and deliver consistent pipeline growth.
    • Work with the CMO, RevOps, Growth Hacking, Event Management and Product Marketing.
    • Own the website and drive performance, conversion and search visibility.
    • Subscribe to the web marketing mantra: Look. Load. Convert.
    • Work with Growth Marketing to drive leads and engagement.
    • Work with Product Marketing to tell our story in a compelling manner.
    • Own our visual identity and apply it consistently across our product range.
    • Own SEO/GEO search and technical implementations from site speed to structured data.
    • Marry technical front end engineering with a creative eye.
    • Understand what lies behind templates, abstractions, etc. Look under that hood!
    • Design and create assets that power campaigns, from landing pages to sales collateral.
    • Have worked with headless or component-based systems e.g. Storyblok.
    • Know how to structure content for loading speed and flexibility.
    • Use Hubspot and Google Analytics. Know how data flows from visit to revenue.
    • Use RevTech tools to ensure every site visit is tracked and actioned.
    • Live and breathe SaaS, and know what a high-performing B2B site looks like.
    • Use AI tools to push the boundaries of what one person can design, build and ship.
