The Team

A IAM Analyst role is available in Man Group’s Identity and Access Management team, responsible for identity governance—including lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), access provisioning/deprovisioning strategies, regulatory recertification, and the ongoing adoption of SailPoint IdentityNow (SaaS) as the firm’s Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.

This hybrid role blends business-as-usual (BAU) operations with proactive project work. The successful candidate will uphold stringent IAM services while shaping the firm’s platform landscape—specifically, application onboarding, workflow design, and role-based access control (RBAC) rollouts. Expertise in financial services or regulated industries is a key requirement due to the role’s audit and compliance demands.

We seek a critical thinker who can drive improvements by questioning existing processes, offering data-informed alternatives.

Role Responsibilities

Business-as-Usual Operations (60%)

  • Execute Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows according to company policies, ensuring all access changes are auditable and traceable.
  • Coordinate provisioning for internal and third-party application access, including third-party user authorisation.
  • Plan and deliver access review campaigns in SailPoint, encompassing campaign preparation, business liaison, impact analysis, testing, launch, and remediation of access removals.
  • Manage the IAM support queue, organisational mailbox, and Slack channel, delivering timely and technically sound responses.
  • Monitor SailPoint job execution, troubleshooting and resolving issues proactively.
  • Provide audit evidence and written responses to internal or regulatory scrutiny.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
