About the Role

Hays Technology is collaborating with a global business consultancy organization that is seeking various Identity and Access Management (IAM) professionals. The team you'll be joining is dedicated to delivering IAM services to a diverse array of clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing IAM solutions to clients
  • Running IAM diagnostics
  • Assisting with strategy definition
  • Minimizing IAM risk for clients

These roles require a strong technical background in IAM, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and engage with stakeholders. Your career with this organization can be either technical-focused or consultancy-focused, but the ideal candidate will have a blend of both consulting experience and IAM technical expertise.

The roles are hybrid and are based in London, Manchester, Leeds, or Edinburgh.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing, depending on your role seniority:

  • Consulting with clients across various sectors on IAM solutions
  • Supporting complex client engagements
  • Running IAM diagnostics
  • Assisting with application onboarding
  • Preparing solutions for client release
  • Supporting and providing specialized input into IAM implementations of various scales
  • IAM requirements gathering
  • Providing outbound specialized expertise on IAM tools and their integration with client systems
  • Gaining an understanding of clients' businesses, offering suggestions, and providing IAM support
  • Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on IAM controls needed by clients

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • IAM expertise: understanding of technical controls and contemporary IAM risks
  • Experience utilizing/implementing one or more of the following: Okta, Entra ID, BeyondTrust, Oneidentity, CyberArk, Sailpoint, Saviynt
  • Eligibility for SC clearance would be ideal
  • Experience consulting within the IAM space
  • Demonstrable internal and external stakeholder engagement and management ability
  • Good time management
  • A resilient personality able to deal with a fast-paced environment
