IAM Control Operator at Barclays

About the Role hackajob is collaborating with Barclays to connect them with exceptional professionals for this exciting IAM Control Operator role. Essential Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Ample knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including policies, controls, and best practices

Experience in:
- Control execution and evidence management
- Audit readiness and risk mitigation

High attention to detail, strong risk awareness, and control discipline

Other Highly Valued Skills (Not Mandatory but preferable)
- Experience with large-scale Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) rollouts and prioritisation
- Cross-functional coordination to support compliance initiatives
- Familiarity with:
- Regulatory remediation processes
- Compliance Entity Partner (CEP) delivery frameworks
