Senior IAM Engineer (CyberArk)

CyberArk expert? Ready to take ownership of a global PAM environment?

We're working with a global organisation looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to play a key role in the delivery and evolution of their privileged access management capability.

This is an opportunity to lead complex CyberArk initiatives, influence PAM strategy, and work across a large-scale hybrid cloud and on-prem environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading CyberArk upgrades, integrations, security enhancements and transformation projects
  • Designing and implementing complex CyberArk solutions across global environments
  • Troubleshooting and resolving advanced technical issues through root cause analysis
  • Partnering with IAM teams, technical stakeholders and business leaders worldwide
  • Supporting wider IAM initiatives, including future identity provider and Okta-related projects
  • Driving security best practice and contributing to the long-term IAM roadmap

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years' CyberArk engineering experience
  • Strong expertise across CyberArk Cloud, including CPM, PSM, SIA, WPM, SWS and EPM
  • Experience working in complex hybrid on-prem and cloud environments
  • Knowledge of AD, Azure and AWS integrations
  • Scripting/automation experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable:

  • Okta or wider Identity Provider experience
  • Security certifications

Location

Hybrid role with a minimum of three days per week in Egham, Surrey.

Applications from elsewhere in Europe will also be considered, with travel to UK and European offices as required.
