Senior IAM Engineer (CyberArk)
CyberArk expert? Ready to take ownership of a global PAM environment?
We're working with a global organisation looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to play a key role in the delivery and evolution of their privileged access management capability.
This is an opportunity to lead complex CyberArk initiatives, influence PAM strategy, and work across a large-scale hybrid cloud and on-prem environment.
What you'll be doing
- Leading CyberArk upgrades, integrations, security enhancements and transformation projects
- Designing and implementing complex CyberArk solutions across global environments
- Troubleshooting and resolving advanced technical issues through root cause analysis
- Partnering with IAM teams, technical stakeholders and business leaders worldwide
- Supporting wider IAM initiatives, including future identity provider and Okta-related projects
- Driving security best practice and contributing to the long-term IAM roadmap

What we're looking for
- 5+ years' CyberArk engineering experience
- Strong expertise across CyberArk Cloud, including CPM, PSM, SIA, WPM, SWS and EPM
- Experience working in complex hybrid on-prem and cloud environments
- Knowledge of AD, Azure and AWS integrations
- Scripting/automation experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Location
Hybrid role with a minimum of three days per week in Egham, Surrey.
Applications from elsewhere in Europe will also be considered, with travel to UK and European offices as required.
