What we are looking for?

The IAM Technical Engineer will play a key role in supporting the ongoing RFP, product selection, proof of concepts, solution implementation and migration to the new IAM platform. Working closely with Platform Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and delivery partners, the role will help design, implement, and support a scalable, secure, and automated identity ecosystem across the enterprise estate.

  • Migration Experience: Migration to CyberArk (acquired by Palo Alto), Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft, Sailpoint Identity Stack.
  • Support technical evaluation of IAM vendors during the RFP and PoC phases.
  • Design, configure, and support Identity Governance, Identity Lifecycle, and Access Management capabilities.
  • Deliver Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Access Requests, Approval Workflows, Access Reviews, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
  • Implement and support Privileged Access Management (PAM), credential vaulting, privileged session management, and secrets management.
  • Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs, SCIM, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
  • Support migration from Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) to the selected IAM platform.
  • Develop automation for identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance.
  • Produce technical documentation, implementation standards, and operational procedures.
  • Provide 3rd line support and continual improvement of the IAM platform.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience delivering enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityIQ or Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, ABAC, Access Certification, and SoD.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, SCIM, SAML, OAuth2/OIDC, and LDAP.
  • Experience working with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID in hybrid environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise IAM migrations and transformation programmes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.
