IAM Technical Engineer

Location: Dunstable, UK (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)
Job Type: Fixed-Term Contract (6 Months extendable)

Key Skills (Must Have)

  • 5+ years of Enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience
  • Hands-on with SailPoint IdentityIQ/ISC or Saviynt EIC
  • Experience migrating to CyberArk, Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID
  • Identity Governance (IGA), Identity Lifecycle, JML, RBAC, ABAC, SoD & Access Reviews
  • PAM (CyberArk), Credential Vaulting & Secrets Management
  • Integration: REST APIs, SCIM, SAML, OAuth2/OIDC, LDAP
  • Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID (Hybrid)
  • IAM migration, automation, troubleshooting & technical documentation
  • Scripting: PowerShell or Python

Key Responsibilities

  • Support IAM RFPs, PoCs, vendor evaluation, implementation & migration
  • Design and implement scalable IAM & IGA solutions
  • Deliver JML, RBAC, Access Requests, Approval Workflows & Access Governance
  • Implement and support Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Integrate enterprise applications using modern identity protocols
  • Support migration from Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) to a new IAM platform
  • Provide L3 support and drive continuous platform improvements

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Okta Workforce Identity, ServiceNow, Azure, AWS & Zero Trust
  • Experience in Retail, Hospitality, or large enterprise environments
  • Certifications in SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra, or CISSP
