Company description

The Groupe is positioned at every step of the value chain, from consulting to execution, combining marketing transformation and digital business transformation.

Overview

ABOUT THE ROLE....

Mars Inc is one of the world’s largest privately owned consumer businesses, with Petcare at the heart of its growth agenda. In 2025, Publicis Groupe won Mars’ landmark global media account (c. US$1.7bn), creating the OneMars operating model and positioning the Mars account as one of the most strategically important, high‑profile accounts within Starcom’s global roster.

Pet Nutrition Europe (PN GLOBAL) is a core growth pillar within the Mars Petcare segment, responsible for offering some of most loved brands (think Dreamies, Whiskas, Pedigree, Cesar and Sheba) to both cat and dog Pet Parents. The PN GLOBAL team is an integrated agency team (IAT) set up to deliver data-driven, audience-led brand and communications campaigns underpinned by media, influencer, ecommerce and content best practice.

The OneMars ambition is to consistently drive effectiveness, agility, and scalable excellence.

Join the OneMars team and help shape how a global network of specialists across Media, Social & Influencer, Measurement, Commerce, Data and Technology collaborate to deliver world-class marketing for one of the world's most iconic consumer brands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
