Your role

Are you passionate about building cutting edge products that deliver real value to clients?

Are you excited about shaping how a global investment bank builds and scales its Digital Assets business?

Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy, regulation, front 2 back workflows, risk and delivery — ensuring complex initiatives succeed across multiple trading desks and delivery units?

We’re looking for an IB Digital Asset Trading platform and product developer/initiative manager to:

  • Liaise with senior business stakeholders, sales, trading and clients to develop and implement the roadmap to our Digital Assets Products
  • Build business cases by identifying target markets and appropriate products and assessing revenue potential. Continue to monitor revenue and return on investment throughout the product lifecycle
  • Understand client needs, drive adoption of the tools you develop and present product strategy to senior stakeholders
  • Partner with Technology and other Logistics functions to successfully deliver business initiatives
  • Coordinate the launch of new offerings, including internal approvals and controls, pilot client phasing and marketing through to final launch
  • Act as a central orchestrator, subject matter expert and program owner for IB Digital Assets initiatives.

Your immediate team is comprised of Product Managers, Quants, Quant Devs, Data Scientists and IT working on the cutting edge of Financial Markets

Your team is responsible for setting and delivering the product and technology strategy for Digital Assets Trading

Your expertise

  • Strong, practically based Digital Assets business knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the Cryptocurrency ecosystem and ideally work experience within a Crypto native firm.
  • Ideally 3-7 years of experience of Product Management within the financial sector.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and previous experience driving and delivering initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups
  • Able to manage deadlines, and resolve prioritization conflicts by building consensus across various stakeholder groups and partner teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, legal and balance sheet considerations impacting Digital Assets businesses
  • Inquisitive, mature, and able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
