Your role
Are you passionate about shaping the future of capital markets through Digital Assets and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)? Do you want to help define and scale regulated, institutional digital asset products and services across a global Investment Bank? We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the IB Digital Assets (Products & Services) team.
In this role, you will shape and deliver the Investment Bank’s digital assets agenda, translating the potential of digital assets and DLT-based business models into scalable products, services, and business models embedded within and alongside core IB businesses.
We’re looking for a Digital Assets-focused Product Manager to:
- Act as the end-to-end Product Manager for defined Digital Assets products, services, and DLT-based business models across the Investment Bank
- Own the pipeline and roadmap for assigned Digital Assets products, services, and business models, from ideation and prioritisation through to pilot/MVP execution and handover to Change SMEs for scaling and business-as-usual (BAU) adoption
- Originate, structure, and progress business cases for IB Digital Assets pilots and MVPs, including value proposition, economics, risks, dependencies, and success metrics
- Partner closely with Front Office, Financing, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to enable IB Digital Assets pilots/MVPs in existing IB workflows and operating models
- Evaluate internal and external digital/DLT capabilities to determine optimal build, buy, partner, or reuse strategies based on feasibility, maturity, cost, and time to market
- Assess future state IB business and operating models required to scale Digital Assets products and services within IB and Group control frameworks
- Act as a senior point of contact and thought partner, engaging internal stakeholders and selected external participants to shape IB positioning, partnerships, and market developments

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
