What is the Job?

Our F&B outlet makes memories for guests—through sights, sounds, scents, and, most importantly, service. As a F&B Team Member, you will:

  • Welcome guests
  • Recommend food and drink
  • Keep service on-track and up to standard
  • Tailor each guest’s experience to their tastes

You must be able to work evenings and weekends.

About the Role

Your Day-to-Day

  • Food & Beverage: Deliver high standards, creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
  • Ownership: Stock your station, manage supplies, and minimise waste.
  • Report Safeguards: Notify supervisors or managers about unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety issues.
  • Safety Commitment: Follow safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment.
  • Hygiene: Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Manual Tasks: Assist with washing up and general kitchen duties when needed.
  • Guest Experience: Provide advice or support for guest concerns and queries.
  • Uniform Pride: Follow dress code guidelines.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assisting during team shortages or rotations.

Essential Requirements

To succeed, you must possess:

  • Compliance with local food handling laws and alcohol-serving regulations (min. age legal requirement)
  • 6+ months of experience in a Food & Beverage or waiting staff role
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with flexible working and customer-focused initiative

Desirable Experience

  • Customer service or hospitality industry experience

Required Qualifications
