Job Title

This fast-growing fabless semiconductor company developing mixed-signal ASIC solutions across wireless, automotive, medical, and industrial markets is currently searching for an IC Test Development Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop semiconductor test solutions including ATE test programs, loadboards, sockets, and hardware for platforms such as Advantest V93K, Teradyne ETS, and UltraFLEX.
  • Create and manage test plans, specifications, FMEA documentation, and development timelines.
  • Deploy test solutions to OSAT partners and manage outsourced test development activities.
  • Support product engineering with yield improvement, troubleshooting, and production test optimization.
  • Collaborate with international cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years’ semiconductor test development experience.
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Electronics Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of analog/digital test methodologies (RF experience advantageous).
  • Experience developing ATE solutions, ideally with Advantest V93K.
  • Proficiency in ATE programming languages (C/C++, Java) and full-chip test solution development, including hardware design.
  • Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a global team environment.
