The Heritage and Townscape team at Iceni Projects is looking to appoint a Heritage Graduate/Consultant, to grow what is already a large and flourishing consultancy. Working on a wider range of built heritage and townscape projects, undertaking research and assessment of historic buildings and places, candidates are sought who would then be able to spread their wings into Townscape work, and to provide support to the firm’s Archaeology team.

Who are Iceni?

Iceni Projects is a modern, forward-thinking development consultancy. We believe in our people and their development, which has been recognised with us obtaining the Investors in People Gold award, and the ‘Best Places to Work in Property for 2017’ status, as voted by Property Week. Iceni is a firm that, across its services, always looks to work collaboratively, seeking creative solutions to problems, challenging clients and colleagues to create great places.

The work of the Heritage and Townscape Team currently varies from work at a large military site in London, the conversion of a Grade I listed house to a hotel, in Cheshire, and from alterations to single houses to transformational regeneration projects in places like Barking, Portsmouth, Worthing and Liverpool. Our clients are developers, individuals, local authorities and charities, the full gamut of the development industry. In all cases, we look to find creative and imaginative solutions to problems, making heritage not an issue for clients, but a source of development value, and something to be proud of. We are proud of the projects that we work on and the clients that we work for.
