ICT Program Director

Exciting Opportunity in the Role of ICT Program Director
We are looking for a well-rounded and senior ICT Program Director to drive the delivery of Ericsson CORE Networks solutions. Responsible for leading large, complex programs in multi-vendor environments while providing technical oversight to support the Key Account Manager team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive 5G and 4G Core and Cloud engagements, covering the entire lifecycle—from initial scoping to successful delivery.
- Own the end-to-end program delivery, ensuring continuity between pre-sales and execution while balancing:
- Customer satisfaction
- Business objectives
- High visibility through impactful outcomes
- Maintain on-time and high-quality delivery of program objectives and maximize profitability through efficiency, reusability, AI, and automation.
- Expand program revenues by identifying upsell opportunities and creating solution/scope proposals.
- Build enduring customer relationships by fostering on-site partnerships, acting as Ericsson’s trusted presence to enhance trust and integration efforts.
- Lead and empower global/local teams with strong project governance, control mechanisms, and continuous improvement.
- Align and secure stakeholder buy-in across changes, addressing timelines, budgets, scope, and quality.
- Build strategic internal (engineering, sales support) and external (vendors, clients) relationships.
- Foster a collaborative “one team” culture by cultivating knowledge sharing, best practices, and innovation.

Qualifications Required
- Minimum 10–15 years in Program Management, Program Direction, Customer Project Manager, or Senior Solution Architect, specialising in Core and Cloud deliveries.
- University degree in Engineering.
- Demonstrated success delivering physical, virtualized, and/or containerized Network Function projects.
- Proven track record in automation of test and deployment, with experience integrating GenAI into program workflows.
- Track record of supporting sales teams to secure new business.
- Strong project control acumen—leading with foresight to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Deep understanding of process engineering, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
- Financial mindset, including business case development and investment justification.
- Exceptional risk management capability—preventive, adaptive problem-solving.
- Ownership mindset, unyielding customer focus, and positive collaboration-DNA, with willingness to assist beyond core responsibilities.
- Proven managing cross-functional relationships (engineering, developers, support, sales).
- Innovative, creative problem solver with entrepreneurial spirit.
- PMP Certification along with ICT Program Director qualification (preferred).
