ICT Program Director

ICT Program Director - Ericsson

About the Role

We are currently seeking a well-rounded and senior ICT Program Director to lead the delivery of Ericsson CORE Networks solutions.

In this role, you will drive large and complex programs for Ericsson’s customers, delivering cutting-edge technology in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, competitive, and multi-vendor environment. Working closely with the Key Account Manager team, you will leverage extensive technical expertise to ensure the overall success of Core deliveries, responsible for defining and executing the solution and delivery model of each program.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Drive 5G and 4G Core and Cloud engagements, managing the full lifecycle—from initial scoping to contract fulfillment—across Ericsson’s ICT industry customers.
  • Own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring seamless transitions from presales to execution. Actively contribute to improving revenue (top line) and cost efficiency (bottom line), while maintaining customer satisfaction and alignment with Ericsson’s business objectives, aware of the program’s impact on Customer Units and corporate results.
  • Ensure quality and on-time delivery of program objectives through robust governance and strong project controls.
  • Drive program profitability through continuous process efficiency, reuse, AI, and automation initiatives.
  • Identify upsell and add-on sales opportunities to expand program value.
  • Devise solution and scope proposals for new business and upsell opportunities.
  • Foster a strong customer relationship by maintaining a daily presence at the customer site, acting as Ericsson’s "agent" to build trust and strengthen partnerships.
  • Lead and empower local and global teams to ensure on-time delivery, financial targets, and continuous improvement, leveraging strong leadership, governance, and governance structures.
  • Identify milestones, challenges, and risks, proposing and implementing feasible solutions while mitigating risks and resolving issues.
  • Manage change control—defining impacts to scope, budget, timeline, and quality—and securing stakeholder agreement.
  • Build and nurture internal and external relationships across all levels.
  • Harvest and optimize best practices, creating knowledge assets to industrialize delivery processes.
  • Promote a "one team" culture, coaching project teams to support their continuous professional growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
