ICT Senior Applications Analyst – Permanent Role
Job Overview
£45,000 per annum (FTE) Permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week) Liverpool city centre office base with hybrid working options Part-time and flexible working patterns available

The Role
As an ICT Senior Applications Analyst, you will take a hands-on approach to designing, developing, and supporting business solutions using the Group’s corporate and cloud applications and Microsoft technology stack.
In this critical position, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, robust, and cost-effective solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
- Implement and support Azure, the Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and SQL Server.
- Drive technology change and manage projects, including budget, time, and change control.
This role demands a technically skilled professional with expertise in systems analysis, solution architecture, and stakeholder management.
The Right Fit for You
We’re looking for an experienced candidate with: ✅ A degree-level qualification (or equivalent industry experience). ✅ Strong Microsoft platform experience, including:
- Azure
- Power Platform
- Dynamics 365
- SharePoint Online
- SQL Server (With a focus on integration, security, and cloud-based solutions). ✅ Proven experience in delivering technology projects with stakeholders, including budget control and change management. ✅ Exceptional analysis and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and design solutions. ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ✅ A customer-focused mindset in all work. ✅ Industry-specific expertise in the Social Housing sector, with hands-on knowledge of:
- AccuServ and MRI Housing
- Systems like DRS and Propeller
