Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to design, develop, test, and support modern Identity & Access Management platform capabilities. The role will focus on delivering secure, scalable, and resilient identity services as part of a large-scale transformation program.

You will work within an Agile engineering team and collaborate closely with architects, security teams, platform engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and technology partners to build and operate enterprise IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain cloud-native identity services
  • Build APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations
  • Implement authentication, authorisation, federation, and identity lifecycle capabilities
  • Develop secure integrations with enterprise identity platforms and third-party services
  • Support Human Identity, Agent Identity, and Workload Identity solutions
  • Build Policy-as-Code integrations and authorisation services
  • Contribute to Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and deployment automation
  • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Support deployment, monitoring, logging, observability, and production issues
  • Produce technical documentation and operational runbooks
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
