Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
Identity sits at the core of most modern security failures — and the next generation of AI needs to understand exactly how and why. We're partnering with leading AI research labs to build models that reason about real-world enterprise security, and we need IAM professionals who can bring that expertise to life.
If you've spent time working with identity platforms, diagnosing access control failures, or designing least-privilege architectures, this is your opportunity to put that knowledge to work on something genuinely cutting-edge.
Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Analyze realistic IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and privilege escalation paths Classify permission issues and identity-related failures with structured, expert reasoning Review zero-trust models and evaluate access design decisions for security gaps Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and benchmark AI systems Help AI understand how identity risk actually emerges and propagates in enterprise environments

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
