Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (AI Training)

About the Role

Identity sits at the core of most modern security failures — and the next generation of AI needs to understand exactly how and why. We're partnering with leading AI research labs to build models that reason about real-world enterprise security, and we need IAM professionals who can bring that expertise to life.

If you've spent time working with identity platforms, diagnosing access control failures, or designing least-privilege architectures, this is your opportunity to put that knowledge to work on something genuinely cutting-edge.

Organization & Commitment

  • Provider: Alignerr
  • Type: Hourly Contract
  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze realistic IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and privilege escalation paths
  • Classify permission issues and identity-related failures with structured, expert reasoning
  • Review zero-trust models and evaluate access design decisions for security gaps
  • Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and benchmark AI systems
  • Help AI understand how identity risk emerges and propagates in enterprise environments

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
