Role: Identity and Access Management Lead

Day Rate: Negotiable based on experience

Initial Contract Duration: 6 Months

Location: Leeds (Hybrid - you will need to be able to get to the Leeds office but there is a large degree of flexibility on frequency of days in the office)

Fruition are currently recruiting for an experienced Identity and Access Management Lead for an initial 6 month contract. This role requires an experienced IAM professional who can own the IAM processes and be hands-on on two crucial IAM related projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that user access (both privileged and non-privileged) and 3rd party access is appropriately configured and administered
  • Work with business users and service owners, to help define and configure appropriate role profiles for core applications
  • Collaborate with other security teams, network teams, and application teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions
  • Assist with the development and implementation of a comprehensive identity and access management (IAM) strategy that aligns with the organisation's overall security and business objectives
  • Work to identify and respond to potential risks and threats related to Identity and ensure appropriate escalation and action is taken
  • Support the wider Security Operations team with day-to-day activities, incident management and activities as required
  • Recurring security checks related to IAM (daily, weekly and monthly checks)
  • Conditional Access policy configuration and management
  • Lend support to delivery teams on IAM-related topics
  • From a security engineering perspective, help drive support of Security Operations

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a dedicated identity and access management role
  • Understanding of underlying security config for AD, Azure AD and cloud
  • Good working knowledge of Entra Conditional Access, and zero-trust security models
  • Good experience of SailPoint, Azure PIM and Delinea
  • Good working knowledge of identity governance and administration frameworks
  • Capability to develop, implement, and be decision-maker on comprehensive IAM policies and procedures: both on-premise and in Azure cloud environments
  • Ability to lead and motivate their team members towards better ways of working, efficient delivery of work items, and overall strong security posture
  • Industry-standard cybersecurity degree and/or certifications
