While remaining credible in detailed design discussions involving:
- Identity schemas
- Provisioning logic
- Directory services
- ETL
- APIs
- Integration patterns
Strong experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Microsoft Entra, Okta, ForgeRock, NetIQ/OpenText, or CyberArk is highly desirable, together with knowledge of:
- Azure AD
- LDAP
- Cloud-hosted services
- Modern API-led integration

The successful candidate will simplify complex identity platforms, reduce unnecessary customisation and technical debt, improve resilience and supportability, and drive pragmatic architectural decisions that balance business value with operational stability.

Experience
Experience supporting live services, incident resolution, service transition, BAU readiness, and secure-by-design principles within government, public sector, or similarly regulated environments is essential.
Qualifications
- Active SC Clearance is mandatory
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence both senior leadership and technical delivery teams
