Senior Identity Specialist

Manchester (Remote)

Circa £67,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

I'm currently supporting my client in the search for a Senior Identity Specialist to join their Information Security team as they continue their cloud and identity transformation journey.

This is an opportunity to work across a large enterprise environment, helping shape and improve Identity and Access Management capabilities while supporting key technologies including Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), SailPoint IdentityIQ, and One Identity Active Roles.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting and enhancing Identity & Access Management platforms
  • Managing and improving Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes
  • Driving improvements around Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), automation, and secure access
  • Supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) and Conditional Access initiatives
  • Contributing to identity transformation and cloud migration projects
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the business to improve identity governance and security controls
  • Managing relationships with third-party suppliers and service providers

What we're looking for

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in some of the following:

  • Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
  • Active Directory
  • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
  • SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IAM platforms
  • Access Management, RBAC, and Identity Lifecycle Management
  • Conditional Access, MFA, and automation
  • IAM project delivery or service transition experience
