Identity & Access Management Lead
Leeds | Hybrid (3 days on-site)
Up to £70,000 + Excellent Benefits
Outsource UK is looking to recruit an experienced Identity & Access Management Lead to join a major UK enterprise undergoing the next phase of its IAM transformation.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with deep Microsoft Entra expertise who enjoys combining technical delivery with strategic input. You'll play a key role in maturing an established IAM environment, leading a small team of engineers while driving improvements across identity governance, authentication and automation.

Key Experience Required
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Entra (Entra ID) administration and configuration
- Application registrations, SSO, secrets and certificate management
- Identity governance and access management
- Automation within an IAM environment
- Experience mentoring or leading technical teams
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Experience with SailPoint ISC, CIAM, Azure AD B2C or Entra External ID would be advantageous.
