Administrator – Kingdom Investments
Salary: £25,000–£35,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm
Location: Dunfermline
At Kingdom Investments, we have been helping individuals, families and businesses achieve their financial goals for many years. Based in Fife, we provide trusted financial planning advice to clients throughout Scotland and across the UK.
We pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of client service and building long-term relationships. To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our friendly and professional team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied role, takes pride in delivering exceptional client service and wants to be part of a supportive, close-knit team.
The Role
Working alongside our Financial Advisers, you will play an important role in ensuring clients receive an efficient and professional service. You will be involved in all aspects of financial planning administration, supporting pensions, investments, mortgages, protection and savings business.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, both by telephone and email.
- Managing adviser diaries and arranging client meetings.
- Preparing client meeting packs and supporting documentation.
- Processing new and existing business from submission through to completion.
- Liaising with providers, platforms and fund managers to obtain information and monitor applications.
- Preparing client valuations, review packs and simplified review reports.
- Maintaining accurate client records using Intelligent Office.
- Supporting advisers with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Delivering a high level of service to clients and maintaining strong working relationships.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within a financial planning or wealth management environment.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload.
- Confident communicating with clients, providers and colleagues.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Committed to delivering excellent client service with great attention to detail.

Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience within the financial services industry.
- Good understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Experience using Intelligent Office (IO).
- Familiarity with a range of investment, pension and protection providers.
