The Role
You’ll be providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring clients receive an exceptional level of service throughout the financial planning process.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection.
- Preparing client review packs and documentation.
- Managing client records and updating the CRM system.
- Liaising with providers and clients to obtain information.
- Processing fund switches, withdrawals and letters of authority.
- Supporting advisers with day-to-day administration.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA requirements.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator.
- Knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience using financial planning back-office systems (desirable).
