Join a Relationship-Focused Independent Financial Planning Practice

Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator looking to join a professional, supportive and growing financial planning firm where client relationships genuinely come first?

We’re seeking an organised and proactive Financial Services Administrator to play a key role in supporting our advisers, paraplanners and clients. This is an opportunity to become an integral member of a close-knit team that values professionalism, collaboration and exceptional client service.

Unlike high-volume transactional businesses, we focus on building long-term relationships and delivering personalised financial planning solutions. If you enjoy working in a client-focused environment where your contribution is recognised and valued, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Financial Services Administrator, you’ll provide comprehensive support throughout the financial planning process, ensuring clients receive a seamless and professional experience.

You’ll work closely with advisers and paraplanners, helping to manage new business, annual reviews and client servicing activities while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
