The Company/Team
This role, which is open purely due to business growth, is one of 7-8 Administrators within the office and the team as a whole numbers 15-20 including Paraplanners & Advisors.

The Role
This IFA Administrator role supports two Advisors, one very established and one relatively new to advising. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in preparing annual reviews
- Completing files to meet company compliance standards
- Liaising with providers & clients by telephone/correspondence in relation to new and existing business including Pensions, Investments, Life Cover & Employee Benefits
- Assist in preparing simple suitability reports
- Processing & submitting new business (online + postal applications) and monitoring applications
- Input of adviser fees/commission onto IO, raising invoices
- Processing amendments to existing plans e.g. fund switches
- Personal diary management in Outlook & Intelliflo

Skills / Experience Required
For this IFA Administrator opening, you must have previous IFA administration experience. A good understanding of MS Office is helpful, as would any previous exposure to Intelligent Office, but that is not essential. Really keen to find people with a ‘can do’ attitude, a team player, good attention to detail. This is a busy, vibrant office, so the ability to multi-task is key and you should also be a car driver.
