We are seeking an organised and client-focused IFA Administrator to provide high-quality administration within a financial planning team. You will support advisers, liaise with clients and providers, and help ensure a smooth client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administration support for new business, client reviews and adviser preparation.
- Liaise with clients, advisers and product providers, keeping all parties updated.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Handle correspondence, document management, telephone support and general administration.

Skills and Experience
- Previous financial services administration, IFA administration, wealth management or client support experience is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and client management systems.
