IFA Administrator – Harrogate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-established financial planning business based in Harrogate.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous IFA, financial planning, or wealth management administration experience who is looking to join a supportive team and develop their career within financial services.
Key responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
- Preparing and processing new business and client documentation
- Liaising with clients, providers, and third parties
- Requesting valuations and policy information
- Processing Letters of Authority
- Assisting with pension, investment, and protection administration
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating the CRM
- Supporting advisers with ongoing client reviews and general administration

About you
- Previous experience within IFA, financial planning, or wealth management administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Confident liaising with clients, advisers, and providers
- Experience with financial planning systems or CRM platforms is desirable
