The Role

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Planners and technical staff, working closely with clients to ensure a seamless and professional service. This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Financial Planners with the preparation and processing of client recommendations
  • Managing client communications and maintaining strong relationships
  • Preparing documentation for meetings and liaising with providers
  • Ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Working closely with technical staff to deliver high-quality client outcomes

About You

  • Previous experience as an IFA Administrator is highly desirable
  • Alternatively, strong experience within financial services with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in financial planning
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Professional, personable, and client-focused
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
