We are currently recruiting for an IFA Administrator to join a growing and supportive wealth management business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and client relationship skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Working closely with Advisors, Paraplanners, and clients, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience throughout the advice process.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Advisors with diaries, queries, requests, and ongoing client servicing
- Processing new business and ongoing administration across pensions, investments, and protection
- Preparing cases and documentation ahead of paraplanning
- Producing meeting packs and gathering information for annual reviews
- Following internal workflows and maintaining accurate records via XPLAN
- Liaising with internal departments and external providers
- Attending operational meetings and supporting wider business processes

About You
- Previous experience within Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or Financial Services administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident managing multiple tasks and working collaboratively across teams
- Passionate about delivering excellent client service
- Experience using XPLAN would be advantageous
