We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IFA Administrator. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office.
Role Purpose
As an IFA Administrator assistant, you will play a key role in the day-to-day administrative support to our team of financial advisers, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office and the delivery of outstanding service to our clients. This role is designed as a development position, with the opportunity to progress into a full IFA Administrator role over time as experience and knowledge grow.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Fact Find Input: Accurately input client fact finds into the back-office system, ensuring data is complete, correct and compliant
- General Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across internal systems
- Post Handling: Open, sort, scan, and distribute incoming post, ensuring all correspondence is uploaded promptly to client files
- Document Management: Scan, save and organise documents within the back-office system in line with compliance requirements
- Chasing Providers: Contact providers to obtain outstanding information, documents and updates.
Qualifications And Skills
- No prior IFA experience required – entry-level opportunity
- Previous administrative or office experience advantageous but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic IT skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Motivated to work in a structured and regulated environment
- Willingness to learn and develop within financial services
