Up to £36,000 | Full Time | Burnham-on-Sea | Hybrid Working Potential
An established Independent Financial Advice firm is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to support its team of advisers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous financial services administration experience who enjoys working in a professional, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting advisers with the administration of new and existing client business.
- Preparing client documentation and meeting packs.
- Processing new business and servicing requests.
- Liaising with clients, providers, and adviser platforms.
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating back-office systems.
- Providing professional telephone and client support.

About You
To be successful, you’ll be:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with clients and providers.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a regulated environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Ideally you’ll have
- Previous experience working within an IFA or Financial Planning firm.
- Experience using Intelliflo.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Aviva, Fidelity, or AJ Bell.
- Progress towards CII qualifications would be an advantage.
