IFS Cloud Programme Manager

IFS Cloud Programme Manager

Contract: Outside IR35

Working Pattern: Hybrid

About the Role

We are looking to speak with an experienced IFS Cloud Programme Manager who has a proven track record of delivering large-scale, global ERP transformation programmes. This is an opportunity to lead a significant international IFS Cloud implementation and consolidation programme, however our priority is finding someone with the right experience to successfully deliver a complex global rollout.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end IFS Cloud implementations from project initiation through to successful go-live and hypercare.
  • Previous experience as an IFS Programme Manager or Senior IFS Project Manager leading enterprise-wide IFS Cloud programmes.
  • Successfully managed global IFS Cloud implementations across multiple countries, ideally on programmes spanning 20+ international locations.
  • Experience delivering IFS Cloud into organisations with an annual turnover of £100 million or more.
  • A strong background in managing complex ERP transformation programmes involving multiple business units, legal entities and international stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience consolidating businesses onto a single global IFS Cloud platform.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at Executive and Board level.
  • Strong experience managing implementation partners, third-party vendors and internal delivery teams.
  • Proven ability to manage programme governance, budgets, risks, dependencies and project timelines.
  • Experience driving business change, user adoption and organisational transformation throughout an ERP implementation.
  • A hands-on, delivery-focused approach with the ability to overcome challenges and keep large-scale programmes on track.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
