IFS Cutover Manager / Project Manager
Location: Hybrid Working
Contract Type: Contract (Outside IR35)
Duration: 3–4 Months
Start Date: ASAP
The Opportunity
We are currently supporting a confidential client who is looking to appoint an experienced IFS Cutover Manager / Project Manager on an immediate contract basis. This is a key role within a critical phase of an IFS ERP programme, where you will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing the cutover strategy to ensure a successful transition into the next stage of the project.
Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners, you will ensure all cutover activities are delivered on time, risks are managed effectively, and the go-live process is executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end cutover planning, governance, and execution for an IFS ERP programme.
- Develop and manage detailed cutover plans, milestones, dependencies, and contingency plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all business and technical activities are completed in line with the agreed timeline.
- Manage project risks, issues, and stakeholder communications throughout the cutover and go-live phases.
- Facilitate cutover workshops, readiness assessments, and go-live decision meetings.
- Work closely with functional, technical, testing, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure project success.

- Proven experience delivering successful IFS ERP cutovers within complex transformation programmes.
- Strong Project Management background with experience leading ERP implementations and go-live activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams across both business and technical teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
- Previous experience with IFS Cloud or IFS Applications is highly desirable.
