IFS Project Manager – IFS Cloud Implementation
(6-Month Initial Contract | 5 Days Per Week)
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IFS Project Manager to lead a full-cycle IFS Cloud implementation as part of a major business transformation.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to deliver a large-scale IFS Cloud initiative, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and successful programme execution from initiation through to go-live.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the full-cycle IFS Cloud implementation, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Driving project execution across multiple workstreams, adhering to timelines and budget.
- Managing risks, governance, and stakeholder engagement, including third-party vendors, internal teams, and senior business stakeholders.
- Working closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment between IT and business objectives.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with critical stakeholders to foster collaboration.
- Ensuring smooth communication and reporting across all project levels.

Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IFS ERP / IFS Cloud implementations, with a strong focus on enterprise-level environments.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management methodologies experience (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
- Experience working with third-party partners and vendor relationships.
- Ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering business value.
