Interim IFS Project Manager | Outside IR35

HW Interim Solutins are supporting a leading UK manufacturing business embarking on a major IFS Cloud transformation across four manufacturing sites and are looking for an experienced IFS Project Manager to join the programme at mobilisation.

Working on the client side alongside a leading Systems Integrator, you'll play a key role in delivering the implementation of IFS Cloud, with a particular focus on the IFS Manufacturing module, helping establish the governance, structure and delivery framework required for a successful multi-site rollout.

Key Responsibilities

  • End to end delivery of an IFS Cloud implementation across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Establish and maintain robust programme governance, including project plans, RAID logs, reporting and decision logs.
  • Work collaboratively with the Systems Integrator, functional consultants, solution architects and internal SMEs.
  • Drive project planning, dependencies, milestones and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate business readiness activities, including data migration, SOP deployment and user adoption.
  • Ensure programme artefacts and documentation remain accurate, current and audit ready.
  • Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders, maintaining momentum and delivery discipline throughout the programme.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
