What You Can Expect From The Role

  • Take ownership of designing end-to-end IFS Cloud solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements, best practice, and future scalability.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective system designs and solution roadmaps.
  • Provide leadership and direction during implementations, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across functional and technical streams.
  • Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of IFS solutions, including integration and data migration strategies.
  • Stay at the forefront of IFS Cloud advancements and industry trends, advising clients on optimisation and innovation opportunities.
  • Lead workshops, facilitate solution design sessions, and present complex concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.
  • Support pre-sales activities by shaping proposals and contributing to solution demonstrations.
  • Mentor and guide more junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

What We Will Look For In Your CV

  • Proven experience in architecting and delivering IFS Cloud or similar ERP systems (worked in an ERP implementation as Solution Architect or Lead Consultant).
  • Strong understanding of key ERP modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Projects, or Service Management, with the ability to design cross-functional solutions.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading client-facing workshops, managing stakeholders, and shaping solution design at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Technical appreciation of system integrations, data migration, and reporting tools within an IFS/ERP environment.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable ERP solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative and client-focused approach.
  • Experience working within an ERP partner, consultancy, or complex enterprise environment is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support project delivery and client engagement.
