Engage Talent Partners is supporting our UK client to recruit an IFS Specialist.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business where you'll play a key role in supporting, administering, and continuously improving an established IFS ERP environment. Working closely with users across multiple business functions, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the platform, ensuring it continues to deliver value whilst supporting ongoing system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role would suit someone who enjoys combining hands-on ERP administration with technical problem-solving, user support, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the IFS ERP platform.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, Quick Reports, and user-facing reporting solutions.
- Create and refine IFS Lobbies and dashboards to improve reporting and user experience.
- Manage user access, permissions, roles, and system security.
- Investigate and troubleshoot application issues, scheduled processes, and batch jobs.
- Support data migration activities, system testing, and ERP upgrades.
- Carry out application configuration changes and support ongoing system enhancements.
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate these into practical system improvements.
- Provide user support, documentation, and training where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, reporting, and business processes.

We're looking for someone with previous experience of administering IFS Applications or IFS Cloud who enjoys taking ownership of a business-critical ERP platform. You'll be comfortable working across both the technical and functional aspects of the system as well as troubleshooting system issues or supporting upgrades and ongoing system enhancements. You'll also enjoy working with stakeholders across the business, understanding their requirements, and identifying opportunities to improve how the ERP system supports day-to-day operations and business processes. Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently are key to success in this role.

This position is a remote position, although occasional travel to the company's head office will be required to support collaboration with the wider team.
