Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IFS ERP Technical Consultant to design, develop, customize, and support IFS ERP solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across the IFS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain IFS ERP solutions.
- Design and implement customizations using IFS development tools.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications using APIs, REST, SOAP, and middleware.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data migration solutions.
- Create and optimize PL/SQL, SQL, and database objects.
- Support IFS Cloud upgrades, patches, and technical deployments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Produce technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment guides.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL development experience.
- Experience with Oracle Database.
- Knowledge of IFS development frameworks, custom events, projections, and APIs.
- Experience developing integrations using REST/SOAP web services.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, or other source control tools.
- Understanding of data migration and ETL processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IFS Cloud implementation projects.
- Knowledge of IFS Aurena development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Azure integration services or other cloud platforms.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, energy, or service industries.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant IFS certifications are highly desirable.
