Summary
We are building the premier all-inclusive business retreat at the intersection of iGaming, finance, Web3, and the digital economy. Think less conference, more strategic environment. A boutique, high-end gathering designed for regulatory dialogue, institutional adoption, and real business transformation.
An event that brings together decision-makers: banks, enterprises, platform operators, senior government officials, and innovators from over 65 countries, hosted in a beachfront resort setting.
The format is intentional: fewer people, deeper conversations, and an environment built for deals to actually get done. The result is meaningful connections that turn into real business outcomes.
Right now, our primary commercial focus is the iGaming ecosystem. We are looking for a high-performing Commercial Director with deep roots, a strong rolodex, and an elite track record in the iGaming and affiliate space to bring the industry's biggest players to the table.
The Role
As Commercial Director (iGaming focus), you will own the pipeline for this critical target vertical. You will drive sponsorship revenue, source strategic partnerships, and bring top-tier iGaming operators, B2B suppliers, and high-volume affiliates into our exclusive ecosystem.
You will report directly to the CEO and work in close coordination with the Operations Director. This is an execution-heavy, autonomous hunting role. You are expected to open doors, leverage your network, and close sponsorship packages without being micromanaged.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
